Return & Exchange Policy
At Apax Wears, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return and exchange policy:
Return Eligibility
- Items may be returned within 3 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags attached.
- Final sale items, such as custom orders, are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at apaxwears@gmail.com to initiate your return and receive a return authorization (RA) number.
- Please include the order number and reason for return in your request.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or an error occurred with your order.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the new item as soon as it’s available.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.
